Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Leicester is seeking an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join our fast-growing PQS consultancy. You will be responsible for budgeting, cost planning and preparing bills of quantities, liaising with partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will work across leisure, residential and healthcare sectors, with opportunities for progression and a supportive, flexible working environment. A driving license is required and MRICS is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accreditation.
• MRICS is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 3 years' PQS consultancy experience.
• Full driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and cost planning for projects.
• Prepare bills of quantities and measurements.
• Liaise with partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Involvement across leisure, residential and healthcare sectors.

A fast-growing PQS Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Leicester.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will be heavily involved in projects from inception to completion carrying out duties such as; budgeting, cost planning, preparing bills of quantities, liaising with partners to ensure that the projects are completed on time and in budget.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a diverse range of project sectors including, leisure, residential and healthcare.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
• MRICS (Ideally but not essential)
• PQS consultancy experience minimum 3 years
• Car and driver's license
• Pre and post contract experience
• Relevant project experience
