Job summary

An inclusive PQS Consultancy in Oxford seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor with MRICS to run their own projects autonomously, supplied by the partners, across healthcare, residential and commercial sectors. The candidate should hold a Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accreditation), MRICS, with 6+ years PQS consultancy experience and a valid driving licence.

In return, you’ll earn £55,000–£65,000 with a strong project pipeline, pension setup, petrol reimbursement, 25 days leave plus bank

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or MRICS accreditation
• MRICS chartered status preferred
• Experience leading projects on PQS consultancy teams
• Minimum 6 years PQS consultancy experience
• Valid driving licence required
• Experience with pre- and post-contract activities

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the full autonomy to run their own projects which will be provided to them by the partners.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working in a variety of project sectors including healthcare, residential and commercial.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
• MRICS
• Experience running projects
• PQS consultancy experience minimum 6 years
• Car and driver's license
• Pre and post contract experience
