NY Highways is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our North Yorkshire team. You will manage costs, forecast profitability and provide commercial support across highway projects, working closely with project managers, NEC colleagues, clients and key stakeholders.
You'll be responsible for cost forecasting, budget management and monitoring cash flow, with a focus on delivering projects safely and efficiently.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing team and play a key role in delivering projects across a £70m–£80m turnover business.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing costs, forecasting profitability and providing commercial support throughout the lifecycle of highway projects.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, NEC colleagues, clients, designers and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and successfully.

This role offers flexibility to work from any NY Highways depot office across the county, with regular travel to Northallerton and project sites throughout North Yorkshire.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
