Job summary

Leo Force is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for our highways portfolio in London, operating in a hybrid setup. You will control commercial aspects across multiple work streams, including pricing, subcontractor management, variations, and financial forecasting.

This role offers stability on a long-term contract and collaborative team support. The ideal candidate will have highways project experience, a solid grasp of the Highways Schedule of Rates, and demonstrated negotiation skills.

Quantity Surveyor – Highways | London (Hybrid Working) London / Hybrid | Permanent | 45 hours/week (flexible) Sponsorship not available We’re working with a leading infrastructure services provider who is looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile highways maintenance contract across North London, where you’ll play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure projects. The Key Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of the commercial aspects of multiple work streams, including highway surfacing, drainage, road markings, and asset maintenance. You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and agreeing pricing with clients ahead of works
• Managing subcontractor packages, including orders and payments
• Handling variations and negotiating commercial agreements
• Supporting financial forecasting and monthly reporting
