PSR Solutions are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role is based in Mansfield and will involve work within Residential groundworks projects in the East Midlands.

Key duties include negotiating subcontracts, supporting payments, administering contract closeouts, reviewing cost forecasts and reporting to senior management, with a focus on data interpretation and strong negotiation skills.

Competenze

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related course
• Highly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data sets
• Must have experience working within Groundworks, ideally Residential
• Professional membership of appropriate body
• Good data interrogation skills
• Bid Knowledge
• Excellent legal/contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving licence

Mansioni

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to Join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role with be based in the East Midlands Region and will involve work within Residential groundworks Projects.
