• Work closely with project managers to ensure successful commercial delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Quantity Surveyor - Kent - Fit Out Contractor - Permanent Opportunity

An established and financially strong fit out contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team based in Mid Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a business that continues to outperform the market, delivering consistent year‑on‑year growth while maintaining an outstanding reputation for quality and client service. The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a collaborative commercial team of five, with plans to grow to eight by the end of 2026, offering excellent long‑term career prospects as the business continues to expand.

The Role

Working closely with the Commercial Manager and project teams, the Quantity Surveyor will take commercial responsibility for a range of high‑quality fit out projects across the commercial office and hospitality sectors.

Projects are predominantly located across London and the South East, although occasional nationwide projects form part of the portfolio.

This is primarily an office‑based role in Mid Kent, with site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial aspects of multiple fit out projects from pre‑construction through to final account.
