A long-established, financially secure fit-out and bespoke joinery contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The business delivers high-specification interior projects across the UK and Europe, with a strong reputation for quality, fast-track delivery and exceptional craftsmanship.
Youll be based in a modern, refurbished Northampton office with a stable team, excellent staff retention and a supportive culture. Their in-house joinery workshop gives them full control over quality and enables rapid turnaround on complex, design-led projects.
Projects typical range from £1m£4m, with occasional schemes up to £16m. Programmes run 412 weeks with multiple packages and subcontractors.
Youll take full commercial ownership of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to final account. This is a fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly and procurement cycles move fast.
This role suits Quantity Surveyors with experience in fit out, interior fit out, refurbishment, fast-track projects, shopfitting, joinery, bespoke joinery, retail fit out, stadium projects and commercial interiors. Relevant skills include cost management, valuations, variations, final accounts, procurement, subcontractor management, cost reporting and package management. Ideal backgrounds include main contractors or subcontractors delivering short-programme, fast-paced construction projects.
