Kier's Water Framework team in Harpenden, Hertfordshire is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to drive commercial management across a range of infrastructure projects. You will work with the project delivery team from pre-construction planning through to completion, ensuring cost control and contract compliance.
The role requires a construction-related degree, a full driving licence, and experience in a commercial role for a contractor, with familiarity across different contract forms.
We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Water Framework team based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.
Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire
Hours: 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in the commercial management of construction projects within our Water Framework. Working closely with the project delivery team, you'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through to successful project completion. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills whilst contributing to meaningful infrastructure projects.
