Kier Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join Kier Design, with Nationwide/agile working and travel as necessary. You will support commercial governance, managing procurement, subcontractor performance, forecasting and change control across projects.
Working alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will ensure robust commercial controls, accurate client applications for payment and clear forecasting, contributing to wider business efficiency while collaborating with embedded teams.

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of commercial excellence across Kier Design. Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll help manage all aspects of commercial activity, from procurement and subcontractor management through to financial reporting and change control. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with talented Project Leads and embedded teams, ensuring robust commercial controls and clear forecasting whilst contributing to wider business efficiency.
