Job summary

Construction & Property Recruitment is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading main contractor in the UK. The role involves managing two projects concurrently, with values ranging from about £2m to £30m, offering broad exposure and ownership of significant packages.

The package includes a salary up to circa £60,000, a car allowance, a market-leading bonus up to 25%, 35 days' annual leave, and an enhanced pension.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience working on construction projects with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for two projects at any one time, typically one larger and one smaller.
• Provide ownership and oversight of sizeable project values.
• Contribute to a strong pipeline of work and project portfolio exposure.

I m currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior on behalf of a leading main contractor with a strong pipeline of work.

The Role

• You ll have responsibility for two projects at any one time typically one larger project alongside a smaller project.
• Project values range from approximately £2m to £30m, providing excellent exposure to a varied portfolio and the opportunity to take ownership of sizeable projects.
• The business has a very healthy pipeline and is continuing to grow

They are open to candidates at both Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor level, depending on experience.
