Job summary

Leo Force in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established regional main contractor. The role covers Kent, East Sussex and SE London, offering a clear route to Senior Quantity Surveyor and full commercial ownership of a diverse project portfolio.

You will report into the Commercial Manager and manage the full commercial lifecycle from procurement through final account across Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Residential schemes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Project QS with a Main Contractor.
• Experience across multiple projects or packages simultaneously.
• Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial delivery of multiple construction projects.
• Producing monthly CVRs, cost reports, and financial forecasts.
• Administering subcontractor packaging, including procurement and payments.
• Managing variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Issuing and managing contractual notices.
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and margin targets.

• Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
