Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 main contractor on a £100m+ residential scheme in Central London. You will lead procurement, cost control and final accounts for your packages.

The role offers up to £70,000 basic salary plus a comprehensive package and clear progression toward Senior QS and RICS chartership.

Qualifications

• Main contractor experience is essential.
• Stable CV with solid tenure at previous employers.
• Experience on large-scale projects, ideally residential, high-rise or multi-unit schemes.
• Strong grasp of subcontract procurement, package management and final accounts.
• Good working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach.

Project Quantity Surveyor | Tier 1 Main Contractor | £100m+ Residential Scheme | Central London | Up to £70,000 + Package

A leading multi-discipline Tier 1 main contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a £100m+ residential scheme.

The business delivers large, complex projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, infrastructure and more. It has a long-established reputation, a strong order book and a well-earned name for investing in and promoting its own people. The role

You'll manage the commercial side of your packages from procurement through to final account. You'll report to the Senior QS and Commercial Manager and work closely with the project and site teams.

What you'll need

• Main contractor experience is essential. You must come from a main contracting background. Consultancy-only or subcontractor-only backgrounds will not be considered.
• A stable CV is essential. The client is looking for proven commitment, with solid tenure at previous employers. Candidates with frequent short-term moves will not be considered.
