Job summary

One Way Resourcing is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy/management company in the Winchester area. The successful candidate will come from a consultancy background and ideally be chartered or progressing towards chartership.

The role involves working with contracts managers and site managers, and taking sole commercial responsibility for projects across prime residential, residential, commercial, industrial, listed buildings, heritage and defence.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy environment; broad project coverage including residential, commercial and heritage.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness desirable.

Quantity Surveyor required to join leading consultancy / management company based in the Winchester area.

The Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from from consultancy background. The Quantity Surveyor will ideally be chartered / RICS accredited or be in the process of completing chartership. The client have a broad project coverage from prime residential, residential, commercial, industrial, listed buildings, heritage and defence.

The Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside contracts managers and site managers to take sole commercial responsibility for projects. Responsible for review and improvement where required of company wide commercial processes and procedures.
