Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for running projects and looking out for junior staff members within the residential team. You will handle both pre and post contract duties, contributing to the overall success of various projects.

You will be responsible for:

Managing project budgets and costsOverseeing tender and contract documentationProviding support to junior staffConducting regular project reviewsLiaising with clients and stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with project requirements

The Quantity Surveyor Requirements

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degreeIdeally have experience working on Residential projectsMRICS or currently working towardsExperience within a private practice/consultancyStrong pre and post contract knowledge
