Qualifications

• Working towards MRICS status or already chartered preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing cost consultancy services across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Preparing cost plans, budgets, estimates, and feasibility reports.
• Producing tender documentation and managing procurement processes.
• Undertaking valuations, cost reporting, and change control management.
• Administering contracts and advising clients on commercial matters.
• Attending client meetings and building stakeholder relationships.
• Mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

About The Role

• Working towards MRICS status or already chartered (preferred but not essential)
• Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
