Finlay Jude Associates Ltd is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its growing infrastructure team. You will support the commercial delivery of water and wastewater projects, helping connect developments to essential networks through effective cost control and value optimization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare take-offs, measurements and pricing of works.
• Manage and assess subcontractor accounts.
• Report on completed works and forecast project costs.
• Support the preparation and submission of payment applications.
• Identify value engineering opportunities across operations and commercial processes.
• Monitor project costs and identify efficiencies to maximise margins.
• Work closely with operational teams to meet commercial objectives.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting.

Finlay Jude Associates are currently recruiting for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure team delivering essential water and wastewater projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of developer services schemes, supporting the commercial delivery of projects that connect new developments to vital water and wastewater networks.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your career while helping deliver essential infrastructure safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the commercial management of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring costs are effectively controlled while identifying opportunities to maximise value and improve commercial performance.
