Kier Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Kier Places – Building Solutions, based in Basingstoke or Southampton. You’ll support refurbishments of existing buildings, maximise project profitability, and manage commercial relationships on projects typically £5m–£15m.
Responsibilities include tendering, subcontractor management, variations with customers and suppliers, and ensuring cash flow. Strong IT and organisational skills are essential in a dynamic team.
We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Kier Places – Building Solutions team based in Basingstoke or Southampton.
Location: Basingstoke or Southampton. Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Building Solutions South portfolio, where you'll manage the commercial resources of projects predominately involving refurbishments of existing buildings. You'll play a key role in maximising project profitability, managing commercial relationships, and supporting a collaborative team environment. Working on projects typically valued between £5m - £15m, you'll be part of a business that values long-term relationships and is recognised as a leader in delivering high-quality construction projects for government departments and blue-chip clients.
