Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor for external planned maintenance and refurbishment projects based in Essex. The role offers a salary up to £65,000 plus package and long-term career prospects within a growing contractor.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with the ability to work on site and manage cost, contracts, and payments across multiple frameworks.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or senior assistant consideration for the step up.
• Experience with external planned refurbishment projects is desirable.
• Experience working with NHF Schedule of Rates and cost/value reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Cost planning
• Close out and set up contracts commercially
• Liaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
• Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
• Working off the NHF Schedule of rates
• Approve sub-contractors & supplier payments
• Attend progress meetings with clients
• Regular on-site visits
• Oversee P&L with operational leads
• Cash flow management

Project Quantity Surveyor

External Planned Maintenance - Refurbishment Projects

Up to £65,000 Plus Package

Our client, an established maintenance contractor based in the Essex area, are looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their property services division.

As a business, they have a turnover of over £50 million Per Annum. They currently deliver external planned refurbishment projects across the South East. With a number of long term contracts already secured and further exciting frameworks and projects in the pipeline, this is an incredible opportunity to join a reputable and established business with long term security and career prospects.

My client are ideally looking for someone with 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, however they would consider an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a step up.

Day to da y responsibilities will include;

• Cost planning
• Closing out and Setting up contracts commercially
• Liaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
• Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
• Working off the NHF Schedule of rates
• Approve sub-contractors & supplier payments
• Attending & Charing progress meetings with clients
• Regular on site visits
• Overlook P&L with operational leads
• Cash flow management
