Qualifications

• Experience in commercial management of construction projects.
• Ability to prepare and submit payment applications and cost reports.
• Knowledge of contract administration and subcontract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit payment applications, cost reports, forecasts and cashflows.
• Support contract administration, change management and subcontract management activities.
• Monitor project performance, costs and profitability, contributing to the achievement of project targets.
• Maintain accurate project records and commercial documentation.
• Attend client and project meetings and build effective working relationships.
• Support procurement, cost planning and tender activities where required.
• Promote compliance with health and safety standards, company procedures and values.
• Provide commercial support to project teams and assist with the development of colleagues where appropriate.
• Contribute to sustainability, inclusion and continuous improvement across projects.
