• Knowledge of quality strategy and testing design and execution
• Experience with functional and non-functional testing (system, integration, load, security, accessibility)
• Experience in matrix management of resources
• Ability to align work with strategic platform/domain goals
• Strong communication of complex technical concepts
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management
• Experience building a test function from scratch
• Desirable integration experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quality strategy, plan and execution across multiple teams
• Ensure defects are prioritized and resolved early to meet quality targets
