Job summary

eFinancialCareers is seeking a Quality and Testing Manager to provide direction on all quality matters across the relevant programme, platform or domain, and to ensure smooth transition from development into live environments. You will hone quality practices and collaborate with stakeholders while working from home part of the time and visiting an office once a week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of quality strategy and planning.
• Experience in functional and non-functional testing.
• Ability to lead and manage test functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategy, plan and execution across multiple feature teams.
• Ensure only well-designed work passes through quality testing.
• Aim to get it right first time using automation and Agile practices.
• Oversee testing output to meet the requirements of the quality strategy.
• Prioritise defects by impact and resolve early.
• Manage end-to-end test planning, risk, issues, dependencies, and governance.
