Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Quality and Testing Manager to lead quality across programmes, platforms or domains. You will drive robust quality strategies and ensure only well-designed work passes testing. You will collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes and experiences.

You’ll also align testing with risk and controls frameworks and help transition work into live environments, including run and change activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality standards and policies within complex programmes.
• Experience with modern testing practices in Agile environments.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive quality strategies and test plans across domains.
• Ensure work packages transition smoothly from development to live environments.
• Lead end-to-end test management including planning, risk, and governance.
• Oversee output quality from all testing phases and prioritize defects by impact.
