Allianz UK is seeking a Business Senior Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing strategy across large programmes. You’ll influence enterprise-level change and shape testing practices within Allianz. Hybrid role with offices in London, Guildford or Bournemouth, requiring twice-weekly office attendance.

You will lead teams, manage test delivery, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure governance and quality across testing phases, with a focus on financial services environments.

Formación

• Experience delivering test management at scale in Financial Services/insurance.
• Ability to plan, estimate, govern, and report testing activity.
• Proven leadership of medium to large teams across locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-level influence.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Proven vendor and offshore resource management.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy across large programmes.

• Plan, schedule, and manage all testing activities, including cost and resources.
