Job summary

VanRath Search & Selection is partnering with a leading Northern Ireland manufacturer to recruit a Quality Team Leader to join their Quality team in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.

The role focuses on analysing quality data, reviewing systems and processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, compliance and customer satisfaction in line with ISO 9001.

Salary £32,000 - £35,000; 37.5 hours per week; permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a quality team in manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audits.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review and analyse quality data from complaints and returns; identify trends and risks.
• Produce weekly and monthly quality reports, dashboards and KPIs with timely and accurate data.
• Provide technical guidance on product quality, standards and compliance to operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the team; allocate work and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support implementation of new or revised quality processes and changes linked to legislation and customer requirements.
• Assist with internal quality audits and preparation for external audits.
• Travel to other sites as required.
