Job summary

VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading Northern Ireland manufacturer to recruit a Quality Data & Systems Supervisor for the Quality team. The role focuses on analysing quality data, reviewing system effectiveness and promoting continuous improvement to improve performance, compliance and customer satisfaction in line with ISO 9001.

Based in County Antrim, the position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, reporting to the Quality Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' recent supervisory experience in a Quality department within manufacturing.
• Experience in quality, production, manufacturing, operations or customer-focused environments.
• Solid understanding of quality processes and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with quality systems / ISO awareness.
• Proficient with MS Excel and data handling.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership capabilities.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent communication (verbal/written).
• High attention to detail and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review and analyse quality performance data from complaints and returns to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Produce weekly and monthly quality reports, dashboards and KPI updates with timely, accurate data.
• Provide technical guidance on product quality, standards and compliance to operations teams.
• Champion a getting it right first time approach and drive time-efficient processes including the use of AI.
• Lead, mentor and develop the team, allocate work, check accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Work with the Quality Assurance Manager to set KPIs and standards and take corrective action when needed.
• Support implementation of new or revised quality processes in response to legislation and customer requirements.
• Assist with internal audits and preparation for external audits.
• Travel to other sites as required.
