Zusammenfassung

Vickerstock are recruiting a Quality Manager for their Northern Ireland operations. This senior role leads a six-strong Quality team, owns the Quality Management System, and partners with Engineering and Production to improve product and process quality.

Based at one NI site with occasional travel to nearby sites, you will drive continuous improvement, audits, supplier and customer quality, and contribute to quality strategy, with a generous salary and pension.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in Quality Management within engineering or manufacturing
• Experience managing and improving a Quality Management System (QMS)
• Formal Engineering/Manufacturing/Quality qualification advantageous

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of six Quality personnel
• Take ownership of the QMS and its continuous improvement
• Drive improvements in product and manufacturing quality
• Lead quality audits and ensure standards are maintained
• Oversee root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Manage customer and supplier quality issues
• Develop quality procedures and processes
• Monitor quality performance and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and senior management
• Drive Continuous Improvement and develop a strong quality culture
