Job summary

Bright Selection Ltd is seeking a Quality Systems Manager for a nursing homes portfolio in Hampshire. The role, based near Portsmouth, leads the Quality Management System, governance, and data-driven improvement across services.

You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams, develop dashboards and reports, and drive CAPA and regulatory readiness on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

Qualifications

• Experience building or managing a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, governance, audits and compliance.
• Ability to interpret quality and performance data and translate into improvement actions.
• Experience producing dashboards, KPIs or governance reports for senior management.
• Knowledge of risk management, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Experience using quality, audit, incident management or compliance software.

Quality Systems Manager - Nursing Homes

Hampshire | £37,800 per annum | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Monday-Friday

We are recruiting a Quality Systems Manager for a specialist nursing home provider with a small portfolio of services across the South.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining quality systems, governance, compliance and data analysis to identify risks, strengthen assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.

Based from an office location just outside Portsmouth in Hampshire, you will work closely with operational and clinical teams across the organisation, taking ownership of the Quality Management System and helping ensure robust, effective quality and governance processes are embedded across all services.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and continually improve the organisation's Quality Management System (QMS).

Salary:

• Salary: £37,800 per annum
• Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 40 hours per week
• Location: Hampshire - Head Office based
