Job summary

Theo James Recruitment is seeking a skilled Quality & Compliance Manager to drive the Quality Management System, governance and regulatory compliance across multiple sites. You will lead audits, CAPA, document control and reporting to senior leadership, shaping a culture of continuous improvement and robust quality performance within a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality & Compliance Manager or senior quality leader.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and QMS.
• Experience leading internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis and CI.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience producing management reports for senior leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence change and foster a positive quality culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the organisation's Quality Management System across multiple sites.

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality & Compliance Manager to take ownership of the organisation's Quality Management System, regulatory compliance and governance framework across multiple sites.

The Quality & Compliance Manager will lead internal and external audits, manage CAPA processes, oversee document control and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and recognised quality standards. You will also provide strategic oversight of clinical compliance, patient safety, information governance and environmental initiatives while producing meaningful management reporting for senior stakeholders.

Working closely with operational leaders, you will drive continuous improvement, chair governance meetings, analyse business performance data and help develop a positive quality culture throughout the organisation. The Quality & Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality, compliance and governance remain at the heart of business operations.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Quality & Compliance Manager or in a senior quality leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality management systems.
• Experience leading internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance within a highly regulated industry.
• Experience producing management reports and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence change and build a positive quality culture.
