An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality & Compliance Manager to take ownership of the organisation's Quality Management System, regulatory compliance and governance framework across multiple sites.
The Quality & Compliance Manager will lead internal and external audits, manage CAPA processes, oversee document control and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and recognised quality standards. You will also provide strategic oversight of clinical compliance, patient safety, information governance and environmental initiatives while producing meaningful management reporting for senior stakeholders.
Working closely with operational leaders, you will drive continuous improvement, chair governance meetings, analyse business performance data and help develop a positive quality culture throughout the organisation. The Quality & Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality, compliance and governance remain at the heart of business operations.
