Job summary

Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust in Romford is seeking a Quality Systems Support Officer to join the Quality & Safety Corporate Team. The post holder will support development, maintenance and administration of the Trust's quality and risk management system.

You will administer Safeguard (Ulysses), generate reports, respond to information requests, and help deliver governance, patient safety and risk assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Safeguard Ulysses or similar quality systems.
• Ability to support governance, risk management and assurance reporting.
• Experience in creating dashboards and extracting actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support governance processes and maintain risk management systems.
• Provide ad hoc reports and respond to information requests.
• Produce and present high-quality information for decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and tools to improve visibility of quality and risk data.
• Resolve system issues and assist users across modules (incidents, risk, audits, NICE, CAS).
