Up to £50,000 DOE + Bonus + Training & Development + 33 Days Holiday
Plymouth, Devon (Commutable from: Tavistock, Ivybridge, Saltash, Torpoint, Liskeard, Callington, Yelverton)

Are you a Quality Engineer looking for a role where you can take real ownership of an ISO 9001 quality management system and drive continuous improvement across a manufacturing business? In this role you will plan and conduct internal audits, support external audits, lead non-conformance investigations, drive corrective actions and facilitate structured problem solving (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA). You will also monitor KPIs and support wider operational excellence and continuous improvement activities.

The Role:

• Ownership of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (maintenance, improvement, documentation control)
• Internal system/process audits and support for external certification / customer / supplier audits
• Non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA)
• KPI monitoring/reporting and supporting continuous improvement across site
