Nestlé UK&I is seeking a Quality Support Manager at our York factory. You will support the quality team to ensure safe, compliant products and drive improvements. The role connects with internal audits, external audits, and cross-functional teams to maintain high standards.

We have an excellent opportunity to join our Nestlé team as a Quality Support Manager at our factory in York. The Quality team at York has a team of 8 people in different roles reporting to the factory Quality Manager. This factory has over 500 employees working in various departments on various shifts but we would estimate your touch points would be circa 50. The role also has the exciting opportunity to interact with our market team and has relationships with the auditing teams internal and external to Nestle.
In this role you will support for the Quality Team to produce safe, compliant and First Time Right product and minimise losses through systems co-ordination and improvement, coaching and verification. Work with the Quality Manager in reviewing and planning quality improvement across the factory.
In the role of Quality Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the quality team to produce safe, compliant and a "First Time Right" product. You will have ownership of the sites quality systems and external audits, supporting the Quality Manager in reviewing and planning quality improvement across the factory.
To be successful in the role of Quality Support Manager you will have proven experience within quality assurance roles in a factory/FMCG environment, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Ideally holds a degree or equivalent in a Science, Engineering, or Quality related subject.
Ability to evidence working with and improving Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / FSSC 22000).
Ability to work with a continuous improvement mindset and engage with multiple stakeholders across the factory setting to influence quality practices.
Ability to take a process, retrieve data, and identify opportunities and trends, with PowerBI knowledge considered an added advantage.
Proven SAP skills, ideally in factory or quality aspects.
