Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Staffordshire is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our team on a permanent basis, reporting to the Manufacturing Asset Maintenance Manager. We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, to join our team based at our Nestlé UK&I, Tutbury Factory. This is a permanent opportunity which will report into the Manufacturing Asset Maintenance Manager.
This role is responsible for maintaining and developing the equipment and systems within the factory in a manner that upholds the quality of the operation, with regards to production output, product quality and cost effectiveness.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for all technical matters on shift across your area of the factory.
You will be working to drive improvements in the performance of machinery and assets, technically supporting the shift leader and developing the technical skills within the engineering and operational teams.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a Manufacturing environment and be able to demonstrate engineering knowledge across maintenance, industrial services and automation.
