The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales is seeking a Quality Lead Manager on a secondment basis to design, implement and develop a comprehensive Quality Management System across the organisation.

You will work with Executive Directors and the Director of Quality to ensure delivery of quality governance, assurance, and reporting, while engaging staff at all levels and aligning with Welsh Government Duty of Quality.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (in a relevant subject).
• Masters Degree or equivalent experience (in a relevant field).
• Management qualification at diploma level e.g. ILM.
• Evidence of recent and relevant continuing professional development.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and develop a Quality Management System for the organisation.
• Engage staff at all levels across the organisation with the quality agenda.
• Lead on development of a quality assurance framework pulling together QA activities.
• Support Executive Directors and the Director of Quality to ensure compliance with quality standards.
