Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an experienced manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams within the Medical Directorate. The role focuses on delivering operational and strategic objectives, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

You will provide line management, drive service improvement, and work with senior colleagues to meet Welsh Government targets while maintaining high quality patient care. Welsh language ability is desirable.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent with transferrable skills.
• Management qualification or demonstrable managerial experience.
• RSA Level 3 or equivalent experience.
• ECDL or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Support in achieving operational and strategic objectives for the Directorate.
• Line management of clerical and administration teams within specialties of the Medical Directorate.
• Provide support to achieve Welsh Government standards and waiting time targets.
• Monitor waiting times, capacity and demand; identify and resolve issues with the Operational Management Team.
• Provide routine and ad-hoc information to monitor performance targets.
