AerFin in Crawley/Newport is seeking a Quality & Safety Engineer to maintain and improve our Quality and Safety Management Systems across the business.
You will work with the Head of Quality & Safety and stakeholders to drive audits, risk assessments and improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.

As a Quality & Safety Engineer at AerFin, you'll play a key role in maintaining and continually improving the systems, processes and standards that underpin our business. Working closely with the Head of Quality & Safety and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll support the ongoing development of our Quality and Safety Management Systems while helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a varied and influential role where you'll be involved in auditing, risk management, investigations, corrective actions and management system development. You'll partner with teams across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, support operational change and help ensure AerFin continues to operate safely, efficiently and compliantly.

As a Quality & Safety Engineer, you'll work across the business to help maintain and continuously improve AerFin's Quality and Safety Management Systems. Working closely with operational teams and stakeholders, you'll support compliance with regulatory requirements, drive continuous improvement initiatives and help promote a positive quality and safety culture throughout the organisation.
