AerFin is a global aviation aftermarket specialist. We buy, sell, lease and repair aircraft, engines and components, helping customers maximise asset value while providing cost-effective solutions to airlines, lessors and MROs. Through our technical expertise, industry knowledge and high-performance culture, we deliver quality, safety and value to more than 600 customers worldwide. With hubs across Europe, Asia and the USA, we're well placed to keep fleets flying and get deals done. That’s the AerFin way. That’s the way ahead.
We're looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our Technical team and play a key role in how AerFin reviews technical publications, assesses reliability and makes asset-related decisions across our aircraft and engine portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong aviation technical experience who enjoys turning complex information into clear, practical recommendations that support both engineering and commercial decision-making. Working across Technical, Supply Chain, Sales and MRO, you'll review Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives and reliability data to help shape inventory strategy, repair decisions, modification reviews and whole-asset management.
As this is a new role, you'll have the opportunity to influence how AerFin approaches reliability assessment, technical publication reviews and asset-related decision-making across the business.
