Job summary

EY in Belfast seeks a Manager to join the Quality and Risk Management team within Consulting. The role supports EY Ireland’s Consulting business on commercial contracting and risk matters, based in Belfast with hybrid working options.

The successful candidate will lead contract reviews, governance implementation, and stakeholder engagement to mitigate risk and ensure service quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Law degree with 2:1 or higher (or hybrid: Law with Accountancy/Economics).
• 4+ years PQE advising on corporate/commercial matters for solicitors.
• Proven contract review and negotiation experience.
• Experience in risk management and contract governance.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts (EY terms and client contracts).
• Implement governance to manage contracts through lifecycle and ensure quality.
• Identify process improvements to mitigate risk and streamline workflows.
• Develop and deliver training on Quality and Risk Management topics.
