Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Consulting – Quality & Risk Management in Belfast/Derry. The role supports EY Ireland Consulting with contracting and risk matters, enabling governance across the contracting lifecycle while delivering high-quality client service.

We look for a degree in Law (2:1) or equivalent with 6+ years’ experience, or a qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE. The role offers hybrid working, strong development, and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Degree with 2:1 in Law or hybrid Law degrees with 6+ years’ advisory experience.
• Qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE in corporate/commercial law.
• Proven track record reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts including EY terms and client contracts.
• Ensure governance and procedures across contracting lifecycle for quality and budget control.
• Develop and deliver training on quality, risk, and contracting topics.
• Advise engagement teams on risk management and client onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with Risk Management, Legal, and Independence teams as needed.
• Support senior teams in identifying opportunities to mitigate risk.
