Job summary

EY UK in Belfast is seeking a Consulting – Quality & Risk Management Manager to support EY Ireland’s Consulting business with contract reviews and risk controls. You will lead engagements, coordinate with EY Legal, and help ensure contracts are compliant and well-governed.

Qualifications

Law degree with 2:1 or higher and 6+ years’ advisory experience.
Qualified solicitor (NI or ROI) with 4+ years PQE in corporate/commercial law.
Proven track record in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Review and negotiate commercial contracts, including EY terms and client government contracts.
Governance: ensure lifecycle management and service quality, on budget.
Identify process improvements to mitigate risk and streamline operations.
