Job summary

EY in Belfast UK&I Consulting Quality Team seeks a Manager, Quality Risk Management to support operational, contractual and regulatory risk across consulting engagements. You will work with Legal, Independence and Business Resilience to improve quality and risk processes.

Reporting to the Belfast Team Leader, you will review client agreements, SOWs, NDAs and assist with negotiations while ensuring EY policies are followed and risks are mitigated.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts and contractual terms.
• Understanding of general UK contracting principles and practices.
• Experience managing operational, contractual or regulatory risk within a professional services or legal environment.
• Ability to analyse and resolve complex risk and contractual matters using sound commercial judgement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review client agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), subcontracts and NDAs.
• Support contract negotiations in line with EY policies and guidelines.
• Identify and manage operational and regulatory risks across consulting engagements.
• Escalate complex risk issues to General Counsel or specialists as needed.
• Collaborate with Legal, Independence and Business Resilience teams to enhance quality and risk methods.
