Join to apply for the Quality & Performance Manager role at Kier Construction

We're seeking a Quality & Performance Manager to join our Transportation Team based in Southwark. This role involves working on our prestigious Transport for London (TfL) contract, which we will be leading for the next 4 years, with potential extension up to an additional 4 years. Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

1. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of quality and performance frameworks across London Transportation contracts, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, NHSS 8, and NHSS 12 standards.
2. Manage and develop the contracts' integrated management system (IMS), coordinate audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Develop and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to contractual and industry standards.
4. Identify risks, meet service level agreements, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Produce performance reports, analyze data for trends, and develop corrective actions to address performance gaps.
6. Drive innovation and business improvement projects to enhance service delivery and overall contract performance.

Qualifications

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification or equivalent experience in auditing quality management systems.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, NHSS 8, and NHSS 12 standards.
• Experience in quality management, performance monitoring, and audit compliance.
• Stakeholder management skills, effective communication, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making abilities.
