We're looking for a Quality & Performance Manager to join our Transportation Team based in Southwark. Working on our prestigious Transport for London (TfL) contract, which we will be leading on for the next 4 years, with the possibility to extend up to a further 4 years. Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?

As Quality and Performance Manager, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of quality and performance frameworks across the London Transportation contracts, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, as well as NHSS 8 and NHSS 12 requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing, developing, and continuously improving the contracts' integrated management system (IMS), ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations, and leading audit processes to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
  2. Developing, maintaining, and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and adherence to contractual, regulatory, and industry standards, while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring service level requirements are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Producing detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders and clients, and developing corrective and preventive action plans for performance gaps and operational challenges.
  5. Analyzing performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and driving innovation and business improvement projects to enhance service delivery and overall contract performance.

What are we looking for?

This role is ideal if you:

  • Hold an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification or have equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and familiarity with NHSS 8 and 12 standards.
  • Have relevant knowledge in quality management, performance monitoring, and audit compliance, with the ability to analyze data and trends for improvement.
  • Possess stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively at senior levels internally and with clients, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
