Kier Group in Suffolk is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to lead the H&S function for the Sizewell C New Nuclear Build contract. The role requires NEBOSH Construction Certificate (Diploma preferred), and experience in major projects, with BPSS clearance anticipated.
You will lead safety culture, manage risk, and coordinate the project team and supply chain to ensure compliant practices throughout the works lifecycle.

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to join the Sizewell C New Nuclear Build contract, supporting a nationally important energy project. The role will lead the project health, safety and wellbeing function, providing competent and proactive leadership to the project team, supply chain and stakeholders. You'll drive a positive safety culture, influence operational decision-making, and ensure risks are identified, controlled and communicated effectively throughout the lifecycle of the works.
