Your next role
The Quality & Performance Housing Analyst will drive service improvement through performance monitoring, quality assurance, and data insight across housing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including those set by the Regulator of Social Housing and the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code.
We have an exciting opportunity within the Technical Services Team for 2 x analysts to work across the Technical Services function providing real time and monthly reports on the performance of our Housing and Operations teams. You will ensure that data is extracted, analysed and interpreted so it meets the needs of the organisation and can be shared with both senior managers and tenants knowing that the data is high quality.
As part of this role, you will also look for emerging risks, areas of concern and improvements in how we operate. Knowledge or previous experience of working with data within a Repairs environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge on Awaab’s Law, Housing Compliance, Capital Works Programmes and/or Asset Management.
As a team we all work collaboratively across the different areas to ensure that as a team we are successful in providing the service to our tenants. You will also be expected to support with projects and change programmes, due to the fast-paced environment within the Social Housing sector.
Working collaboratively across Housing, Operations, and Corporate teams, you will support service reviews, benchmarking, and continuous improvement, while promoting a data-driven, insight-led culture.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insight that improves services and outcomes for residents.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
The ability to travel throughout the Borough will be required and access to a car.
The team operates a hybrid working model with all practitioners expected to be in the office for a minimum of three days per week.
