Job summary

Do you have experience working as a Quality Matron? We are looking for a Quality Matron who will support and lead the onboarding of new services, including two care homes with Registered Nurses, and the delivery of high-quality care to residents. You will also provide direct patient care as required.

Main duties of the job

What do I need?

• 1st level registered nurse with a valid PIN
• Degree or demonstrable relevant experience
• Evidence of further education/CPD
• Experience working in elderly care/community setting/Local Authority
• Extensive experience in community bedded area-care homes, Intermediate Care Beds
• Clinical Leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate and motivate teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
