• Ability to lead and direct clinical teams and proactively manage performance to ensure delivery of key operational standards
• Presentation/IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to write clear and concise reports and present information relevant to the sphere of responsibility within deadlines
• Effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills; ability to motivate and influence others
