The role of the CBTA Deployment Support Manager is to lead, manage and coordinate the CBTA Deployment support team to ensure the effective deployment of Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBTA) programs across customer airlines. This role will be responsible for managing the team that supports the effective and efficient delivery of CBTA to customer airlines, ensuring the resources, direction, and support needed to successfully implement Boeing’s CBTA program.
This role will involve overseeing the team’s deployment team planning, managing key stakeholder relationships, tracking progress, presenting updates and ensuring operational efficiency. The successful candidate will need strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. This is a full-time role with hybrid working options and can be based at Manchester, Gatwick, Milton Keynes or Welwyn Garden City. Travel may be expected 25% of the time, mostly in the UK but with occasional trips to Seattle and customer locations.
