Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) seeks an experienced Quality Manager in Nottingham to lead quality activities in a precision engineering and manufacturing environment. You will maintain and develop the ISO 9001 QMS, perform on-floor inspections, and collaborate with production, engineering and inspection teams to resolve defects and improve quality.

The role requires strong engineering knowledge, experience with GD&T, and proven leadership in quality teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Quality Manager or similar role in precision engineering or manufacturing.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
Ability to read engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T.
Experience auditing quality systems and driving continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day quality activities including first-off, in-process and final inspection.
Maintain and develop ISO 9001 QMS, document control and audits.
Lead internal and external audits and coordinate improvement actions.
Lead and develop inspection and quality personnel across production and engineering.
