Microwave Products Group (MPG) Europe seeks a Quality Manager to lead the development and delivery of MPG and MPG Europe quality strategy and KPIs, manage the QMS, and support inspection, quality engineering, and supplier quality across the business. Initial focus includes AS9100 certification and audits, with ongoing development of the Quality team.

This hybrid role is based in York, UK, offering cross-site quality oversight and opportunities to influence manufacturing excellence across MPG

Formación

• Certified Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 or equivalent.
• Experience as Quality Manager or senior quality role within manufacturing or engineering.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development and delivery of MPG/MPG Europe quality strategy and KPIs.
• Manage Quality Management System (QMS) and related processes.
• Support internal/external audits and certification bodies.
• Improve quality processes including non-conformance, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement Quality Plans and lead a growing Quality team.
