Job summary

MPG Dover seeks a senior Quality Manager to lead the MPG and MPG Europe quality strategy, KPIs, and QMS stewardship. You will supervise inspection, quality engineering and supplier quality while driving continuous improvement. The role requires robust ISO 9001/14001 knowledge and strong audit experience.

Initial focus includes AS9100 certification activities and ongoing development of the Quality team to meet manufacturing and defense standards across global sites.

Qualifications

• Level equivalent qualification or higher.
• Certified Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Quality Manager or senior quality role in manufacturing/engineering.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience in internal and external audits and certification bodies.
• Implementing and improving quality processes.
• Non-conformance management, root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Developing and implementing Quality Plans.
• Maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• People management skills to lead, motivate and develop reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and delivery of MPG/MPG Europe quality strategy and KPIs.
• Manage inspections, quality engineering, supplier quality and related deliverables.
